Unii Babies

Welcome to Unii Babies, a weekly podcast for those who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or parenting a baby or toddler. Created by unii.com, the home of family wellbeing education, and hosted by paediatrician Dr. Saranya Ravindran, each episode is devoted to asking a leading doctor, surgeon, or other family health expert the questions that parents like you want answered. From postpartum sex to fertility news, birth planning, breastfeeding tips, first steps, first aid, first words, toddler tantrums, and sleep advice, every Unii Babies is jam-packed with information you won’t find elsewhere. That’s because we ask the questions that spring from parental instincts and those a doctor would tell you to ask if they were your best friend. Unii is the online home of family wellbeing education. We co-create original, exclusive video courses—we call them Unii Journeys—with leading doctors, surgeons, dietitians, sleep coaches, and other experts at our London HQ. Our experts answer parenting questions directly in our Ask Unii shorts on social media, and you can hear more from them and other health and wellbeing luminaries on Unii Babies, our first podcast. Dr. Saranya is a paediatrician, a new mum and works with parents and young children at one of London’s busiest accident and emergency departments. She found Unii’s expert-led video courses in the early stages of her first pregnancy while researching high-quality, evidence-based resources for parents online. Now part of the Unii family and a new mum, she brings her expertise and personal experience to Unii Babies, interviewing a new expert weekly and voices real parent questions as well as plenty of her own. Unii Babies is delighted to host some of Unii’s in-house experts, including award-winning obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr. Shree Datta, consultant paediatrician Dr. Su Laurent, baby feeding expert Wendy Lever, IBCLC, and award-winning sleep practitioner Sam Sadighi. Unii’s Love, Sex, and Relationships course is led by professional relationship coach Natalie Mossayebi, Unii Babies first guest. Expect to be introduced to brand new experts at Unii’s London headquarters to discuss all things baby, toddler, pregnancy, and conception health. Don’t miss an episode of Unii Babies!
